Cooking this dish does not require much trouble. Sardine in lavash will help out when you need to cook a quick, but original dish.

The recipe for sardines in lavash

Hard-boil eggs, chop them finely, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Rinse dill and scallions, dry and chop. Put layers of sliced eggs and grated cheese on lavash. Make a mayonnaise "grid", abundantly sprinkle with herbs. Put the sardine in a plate, knead with a fork. Put canned fish with a minimum amount of oil on the lavash. Put a little more greenery and tightly wrap the lavash. Wrap the roll with cling film and place in the fridge for a while. Before serving, cut into 2-3 cm thick pieces.
