Salad "Mimosa" is a folk dish. It has a great variety of cooking options. We offer you to cook one of the most interesting recipes with sprat.

Recipe for salad "Mimosa" with sprats in oil

Hard boil eggs and shell them, separately grate or mash with a fork to rub the yolk and white, mix with mayonnaise.

Boil unpeeled potatoes and carrots, peel them and shred and then put the vegetables in different plates. Cut into small cubes peeled onions. Spread the sprats neatly with a fork. Put the products in layers in a cylindrical mold in the following sequence: onions, sprats, potatoes, carrots, egg white, yolk. Spread generous portion of mayonnaise over each layer. Remove the mold, decorate the salad with greens.
