Okroshka is a common dish in the hot summer months. We offer you an unusual recipe to cook the national dish with gobies in tomato sauce.

Recipe for okroshka with gobies in tomato sauce

Boil the unpeeled potatoes, cut into small cubes. Hard-boil eggs and chop them. Shred radishes and cucumbers. Mash canned fish with a fork without separating the pulp from the tomato sauce. Combine vegetables and eggs with the gobies and finely chopped greens. Pour the rye beer and stir. Add fat sour cream to okroshka before serving.
