Potato rissoles with sardine is a great dish for the daily menu. To cook it you do not need to spend a long time at the stove. Wait a few minutes and delicious crispy rissoles will be ready.

Recipe for cooking potato rissoles with sardine

Boil the potatoes, make potatoes mash, add raw egg and butter. Boil hard and chop the remaining eggs. Slice the onions, grate the carrots, and brown the vegetables. Prepare greens: chop the bunching onions, parsley, and dill. Put the sardines in a plate after draining the oil. Mash the fish with a fork, mix with eggs and vegetables to make the filling. Form the 5 cm diameter balls with a deepening in the center, put a teaspoon of fillings, gently close the edges. Roll every rissole, fry until golden brown in sunflower oil in flour. Put on a serving dish and decorate with greens.
