Stuffed lemons are a quick-to-cook, but very interesting and original dish that can be served on a festive table. To satisfy guests pay attention to the decoration of the dish and choose high-quality ingredients.
Run the boiling water on lemons, cut off the tops and bottoms from them, cut out the flesh. Grind the sardines with some oil, cut the olives. Prepare minced fish: mix sardines, olives, mayonnaise, and a couple of spoons of lemon flesh. Add pepper and salt to taste. Fill lemons with prepared mince, cover with "hats".
