Pizza with sprats differs significantly from the traditional Italian dishes. But if you want to try something new—be sure to cook such an unusual pizza.
Warm the milk, mix it with water. Add salt and yeast powder, mix thoroughly. Add flour and olive oil, knead the dough, cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour. When the dough has doubled in size, roll out the cake of the suitable size, put it on a baking sheet. Put chopped garlic on the dough followed by the layer of sprats. Slice the tomatoes and lemon, put them on pizza. Cover pizza with a thick layer of grated cheese. Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ºC.
