  • 200 g Chinese cabbage

  • 1 cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

This light, juicy, and fresh salad is easy to cook and is perfect for both everyday and festive menus.

Recipe for layered salad with mackerel

Cut Chinese cabbage, put an even a thin layer on a flat plate. Put a layer of canned corn, after removing the liquid from the tin. Mash mackerel with a fork, put a layer of fish on the corn. Put the layer of chopped cucumber followed by tomatoes cut into dice. Put grated cream cheese on the top layer. Sprinkle slightly greenery on each layer. Prepare the sauce: mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Dress the salad with the sauce.
